Regina anti-vaccine protesters destroy residential school memorial

Leader-Post reporter

According to Regina’s Leader-Post reporter on September 10th two anti-vaccine protesters were seen shoveling a memorial to residential school victims into a garbage bag on the steps of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building.

The incident occurred Thursday just before a protest pressing for more action from the province and Premier Scott Moe for the fourth wave of COVID-19. The man and woman in a video captured by a Leader-Post reporter were later seen among those at a counter demonstration across the street, and were holding signs decrying vaccines.
